What is PRIDE brochure

PRIDE of Ticonderoga, Inc., governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, has been awarded over four million dollars in grants for housing rehabilitation, affordable housing, economic development, Main Street revitalization, historic preservation, community planning, and educational programs over the past 26 years.

PRIDE works in partnership with local, county, regional, state and federal governmental agencies, community-based organizations, business and industrial groups, and individuals and families to identify specific needs, evaluate funding options, develop strategies, prepare funding applications, assist with fundraising, and implement programs and projects to effect community revitalization.

PRIDE relies on annual general operating support from the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal Program, technical assistance contracts, fees from consultant services for proposal writing and rehabilitation grant administration for municipalities, and membership contributions.
